Prof. Adams Otuoze Onuka graduated in 1981 with B. Sc. (Hons.) in Business Administration from University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria. He obtained M. Ed. Educational Evaluation in 1991 from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and Ph.D. Educational Evaluation from University of Ibadan in 1996. He is a former Chaplain, Chapel of the Resurrection of University of Ibadan, former President, Association of Nigerian University Chaplains (ANUC) and former President, Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators (ASSEREN).
He is a Research Professor at the Institute of Education, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has graduated over ten Ph. D. holders in two different Units and over fifty Master’s degree holders in three different units of the University. He has well over one hundred and twenty publications in books, chapters, monographs and research articles in Nigeria and internationally. He is also External Examiner and Assessor in different Universities in Nigeria and Ghana. Award winner of the 2013 version of a tripartite best accomplished African Educational Researcher. He is a member and a fellow of a number of Academic and Professional Associations including the Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators (ASSEREN), Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI), Nigerian Association of Evaluators (FNAE).
Adams is the Chair, Advisory Board of International Educational Management (IEDUMAN). He attended Meditation Courses in Uganda and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Conciliators and Mediators of Nigeria.
Dr. Bankole has a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and PhD in Social Psychology from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.
He is a seasoned academic with over 10 years University experience, currently a lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Behavioural Studies, Ekiti State University. He is a prolific writer and a highly developed researcher with qualitative and analytical skills who has demonstrated ability to develop goals, objectives and implement strategies through teaching experience with proven ability to conceptualize problems and develop well-reasoned and integrated solutions. He has published numerous researches in reputable journals both onshore and offshore; he has attended several conferences both local and international.
He is a member of Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), fellow of the Institute of Supervision and Leadership (ISL) and a member of the European Center for Research, Training and Development, United Kingdom.
He is happily married with children.
